He translates complex needs into technology strategies – ensuring alignment across delivery, engineering, and commercial objectives.

Joining as a graduate Software Engineer after completing his BSc IT (Hons) cum laude, Matthew progressed through roles spanning development, leadership, and general management. This experience has given him a strong understanding of leading complex delivery environments while shaping strategy and growth. 

Over the years, Matthew has built a reputation for leading complex projects and developing high-performing teams that deliver with ownership. Known for his strong opinions and drive to “get things done properly,” he brings energy to the organisation –galvanising teams and mentoring others. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling Entelect’s delivery capability, strengthening customer engagement, and evolving the operating model to meet growing complexity.

As Chief Operating Officer at Entelect, Tim is focused on ensuring that customers consistently experience high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and meaningful business outcomes. He leads the company’s operational and delivery functions with a strong emphasis on reliability, accountability, and sustainable customer success - helping customers navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. 

Known for his pragmatic, execution-focused leadership style, he works closely across teams and functions to ensure that strategy translates into action and that delivery remains focused on practical, measurable impact. He is particularly recognised for stepping into difficult situations, solving problems pragmatically, and helping teams regain momentum when it matters most. 

Tim’s impact is shaped by nearly two decades at Entelect, having joined the business in 2007 as a graduate software engineer and grown through leadership roles spanning delivery, sales, account management, strategy, and executive leadership. He has played a central role in helping grow Entelect into an international technology consultancy of more than 2,500 people across multiple countries and cities, while remaining deeply passionate about building strong teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.

As Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, Yatish is focused on building a region where strong relationships, high-performing teams, and meaningful delivery come together. He leads the growth and expansion of Entelect across the Pacific with a clear belief that long-term success is driven by aligning people, culture, and execution – not treating them as separate priorities.

Yatish’s impact is his ability to connect the dots across disciplines. With experience spanning engineering, product, people leadership, and executive management, he brings a holistic perspective to how organisations grow and scale. He works closely with clients, partners, and teams to create environments where people are empowered to do their best work – and where that work translates into real, lasting value.

Joining as a graduate when the company was still in its early stages, he has spent over two decades growing with the business – taking on diverse roles and continuously reinventing himself along the way. From shaping people strategy as Chief People Officer to establishing Entelect’s presence in new international markets, his career reflects a consistent focus on building, evolving, and leading through change.
