The engagement centred on improving data governance, transforming the reporting strategy, and standardising the operating model – with the ultimate goal of creating a scalable, cost-effective, and future-ready analytics environment.

From there, we developed a strategic reporting architecture and operating model that balanced centralised governance with the flexibility each business segment needed.
Key elements of the strategy included a simplified and standardised reporting ecosystem, a suggested architecture that details centralised and decentralised approaches to offer both scale and flexibility, and a high-level Data & Analytics organisational model, with clearly defined responsibilities.
