- Lead a delivery team to design and build enterprise software solutions for large organisations around the world
- Providing direction across analysis, estimation, architecture, delivery, and ongoing improvement
- Driving engineering best practices including quality, testing, automation, CI/CD, and modern delivery approaches
- Making informed decisions that balance quality, delivery outcomes, customer needs, and long-term sustainability
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery practices, engineering approaches, and team effectiveness
- Leading by example, setting a high standard for quality, accountability, and professionalism
- Mentoring and developing the people in your team, supporting their technical, leadership, and career growth while recognising achievements and helping them navigate challenges

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience within enterprise delivery environments
- Experience driving a team to successfully deliver products
- A solid understanding of software delivery principles and a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and engineering best practices
- Ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering best practices within delivery teams
- Experience mentoring or guiding others within delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound technical decisions, and create clarity for the team
- Comfortable working across different environments, tools, and domains
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to adapt and reprioritise as projects evolve
