Monthly career one-on-ones with your lead and twice-yearly reviews are hardcoded into the system, so your career keeps moving in the right direction.

And learning here runs both ways. Everyone teaches, everyone learns.

Tech Accelerator

Every year, Entelectuals get to build the thing they have always wanted to build. The Tech Accelerator gives you eight dedicated hours a month, a budget for hardware and tooling, and mentorship from senior engineers, architects, BAs and designers to turn a pet project into something real. Run a hackathon weekend, learn a technology nobody is paying you to learn, or start a business. The IP stays yours. At year end, the whole company votes and the best projects walk away with cash prizes.

DevDay

Twice a year, we take a day out of the office for our own tech conference, organised, presented and attended by Entelectuals. Our own people deliver talks on the topics they're most passionate about, our solution architects give a state of tech update, there's a panel discussion, and our CTO takes the stage for a quick talk. In between, Tech Acceleration participants present their projects at exhibition stands while everyone enjoys the food and drinks. If you've got something you want to share, submit your talk and take the stage in front of over 2000 people.

Leadership

We have so many good leadership programmes, I could not pick just one.

Legitimate Leadership. Probably our most popular programme, and hugely valuable when moving into a lead role. The Legitimate Leadership team come in regularly to teach the approach that sits at the core of how we run Entelect.
Associate Leads Programme. Also designed for your first steps into leading. You run a single project as a team lead with extra guidance from leadership and a group of others making the same move.
1337 (pronounced Leet). For leaders taking things up a notch. Senior leadership teach a range of soft skills, tools, techniques and ideologies for leading people well.
H4X0R (pronounced Haxor). Great for engineers who want to go deeper technically.
Tech Retreats. Great for technical leaders sharpening how they architect real enterprise systems.
CAPS. Great for people with their sights on senior leadership, with the investment and access to match.

Coffee && Code

Every Friday morning, we kickstart the day with a cuppa joe, a fresh-out-the-oven croissant, and an Entelectual sharing something they find interesting. Technical, non-technical, the coolest new tech or the latest industry trend, it's all fair game. It runs across all our offices and virtually, so wherever you are, it's a weekly chance to expand your skills, share what you know, and connect with fellow tech enthusiasts.
